Shipping & Delivery

Techgrow.nl shall observe in the utmost care the reception and execution of orders of products.
The address that has been made known by the consumer to Techgrow.nl is considered to be the delivery address, unless otherwise mentioned.
Techgrow.nl will try at all times to offer the shipment to the transport company within 48 hours after the order has been placed.

Within Europe, depending on where the shipment has to be delivered, delivery time may vary between 3 and 7 office days. Intercontinental shipments require a longer period of delivery time.
The consumer will be notified by e-mail when the order is ready for transport. Also, the package will be provided with a track & trace code.

Privacy & Security

This privacy policy sets out how TechGrow uses and protects any information that you give TechGrow when you use this website. TechGrow is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. TechGrow may change this policy from time to time by updating this page.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • name
  • contact information including email address
  • demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
  • other information relevant to customer surveys and personalized offers. 

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us at info@techgrow.nl as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Only the administration staff off Techgrow.nl have access to these data.

Complaints & Returns

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be described fully and clearly within reasonable time submitted to Techgrow.nl after the consumer has observed the defects.
Complaints about goods delivered must be submitted to Techgrow.nl as soon as possible (within 14 days after the invoice date) with a clear complaint description. 
Any returns must contain all parts delivered by Techgrow.nl, this also includes sensors and cables, including the original package. Otherwise, we cannot determine the cause of the problem and therefore we will not be able to process your complaint correctly. Please send your returns to the following address:

The shipping costs for returning a product or for your own account.
If a complaint has a foreseeable longer processing time, Techgrow.nl will answer within 14 days an acknowledgement and an indication when the consumer will receive a more detailed answer.

Replacements

If the delivery of an ordered product appears to be impossible, Techgrow.nl shall strive to make available a replacement product. At least before the delivery it will be mentioned in a clear and understandable manner that a replacement product will be delivered. The right of withdrawal cannot be ruled out with regard to replacement products. 

Agreement

The agreement is finalized at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.
When the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, Techgrow.nl immediately confirms electronically that the acceptance of the offer is received. As long as Techgrow.nl has not confirmed the acceptance, the consumer can terminate the agreement.
Techgrow.nl will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the electronic data transfer and will ensure a safe web environment. If the consumer pays electronically, Techgrow.nl will observe the necessary security measures.

Techgrow.nl can notify or check, within the legal framework, if the consumer can meet the payment obligations. If Techgrow.nl based on research, has good reasons not to conclude the agreement then Techgrow.nl is entitled to motivate and to refuse an order/ request or  can connect special conditions to the execution of the offer.
Techgrow.nl shall send the following information with the products written or in such a manner that the consumer can store in an accessible way the data on a durable medium:

  • The address of the company for the consumer to file complaints
  •  Information about after sales guarantees and services.

Techgrow.nl can notify or check, within the legal framework, if the consumer can meet the payment obligations. If Techgrow.nl based on research, has good reasons not to conclude the agreement then Techgrow.nl is entitled to motivate and to refuse an order/ request or  can connect special conditions to the execution of the offer.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment

Payment is done online instantly after ordering products via, for example iDeal or PayPal. If you choose to pay via iDeal, your payment will be checked automatically by our payment partner Mollie and will then be processed. The same applies to PayPal.

Pricing

During the validity period mentioned in the offer, the prices of the offered products shall not be raised save for price changes due to changing VAT rates.
Price increases within 3 months after the conclusion of the agreement are permitted only if they are the result of legal regulations or provisions.
Each product contains such information that it is clear for the consumer which rights and obligations are related  to the offer when it is accepted by the consumer. This concerns in particular: 

  • price inclusive taxes
  • possible costs of delivery
  • the manner in which the agreement has been concluded and the necessary signatures
  • the method of payment and delivery. 

Promotions

If a promotion has a limited validity or has other specifications, this will be mentioned.
The promotion contains a complete and accurate description of the offered product(s). The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper consumer’s assessment of the product(s). The images used by Techgrow.nl are true representations of the products. Obvious mistakes and errors do not bind Techgrow.nl.
The promotions made by Techgrow.nl are without obligation, unless explicitly dictated otherwise. The contents of leaflets, brochures, advertisements and any other (advertising) material (electronic or otherwise) do not bind Techgrow.nl in any way. Any promotion price specified in such (advertising) material is valid for 30 days.

Updating Account Information

Register on www.techgrow.nl with a user name and a password. From here it becomes possible to edit your account information such as shipping or billing address. It is also possible to review previous orders and download user manuals.
